Final Stats

St. Edward's scored two second half goals to post a 2-0 shutout win over Texas A&M International University in Heartland Conference action on Friday afternoon in Austin.

Amanda DeLaFosse scored for Hilltoppers in the 57th and 68th minutes. Kim Abbott was credited with an assist on the first goal and the second score was on a corner kick.

SEU (11-2, 5-0) finished with a 20-2 advantage in shots taken. TAMIU goalkeeper Mary Jo Hall tied her season-high mark of nine saves.

TAMIU (2-9-1, 1-4-1) returns to action on Sunday with a conference game at St. Mary's. Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the StMU campus in San Antonio.
