Final Stats

Tarleton State defeated Texas A&M International University 84-57 on Monday night in Stephenville. The loss extends TAMIU's losing streak to three games.

Tarleton State (4-1) led 42-29 at halftime before opening the second half with a 19-12 run to take a 61-41 lead with 10:22 remaining in the game. TAMIU (3-5) would get no closer than that 20-point margin the rest of the game.

Jasmine June led the Dustdevils with 20 points. Christina Tristan contributed nine points and a team-high six rebounds.

TAMIU returns to action on Wednesday and Thursday at the St. Mary's Classic in San Antonio. The Dustdevils will face Missouri-Rolla on Wednesday before wrapping up tournament play against Hillsdale College on Thursday.
