Rattlers Cruise Past Dustdevils

St. Mary's defeated Texas A&M International University 64-46 on Monday night at Bill Greehey Arena in San Antonio. The result extends TAMIU's losing streak to four games.

St. Mary's limited TAMIU to six field goals in the first half en route to claiming a 33-20 halftime lead. TAMIU would get no closer than 11 points in the second half.

The Dustdevils cut the lead to 48-37 on a Chris Swan free throw at the 6:49 mark but the Rattlers responded with a 9-1 run to take a 57-38 lead at the 4:28 mark.

Chris Swan led the Dustdevils with 15 points and 10 rebounds.

TAMIU will closeout the regular season with home games against Panhandle State on Thursday and UT-Permian Basin on Saturday. Thursday's game against the Aggies will tip-off at 7:30 p.m.
