Nationally-ranked Midwestern State defeated Texas A&M International University 3-0 on Friday night in Wichita Falls. The Mustangs, ranked sixth in this week's NSCAA/adidas top-25 poll, were ranked second earlier this season before losing to Colorado Mines.
MSU (4-1 overall) took a 1-0 lead on a Nick Auditore goal in the fifth minute. The game would hold at that score until the Mustangs put the game away with two scores in the last 15 minutes of regulation.
