Final Stats

St. Mary's defeated Texas A&M International in five sets (19-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-19, 16-14) on Saturday afternoon in San Antonio. The Dustdevils held a 14-13 lead in the fifth and deciding set before the Rattlers scored three straight points to secure the win.

Alexandria Montemayor led TAMIU with 13 kills and 10 digs. Isela Flores contributed 11 kills and 15 digs and Brittany Smith finished with 11 kills and six blocks.

TAMIU (3-13, 0-4 Heartland) returns to action on Wednesday with a conference match at St. Edward's.
