Final Stats

Texas A&M-Kingsville cruised past Texas A&M International University 115-59 on Monday night at TAMUK's Hampton Inn Court. The loss drops TAMIU to a 2-5 all-time record against the Javelinas and a 2-15 all-time mark against Lone Star Conference opponents.

TAMUK (5-1) held a commanding 66-36 halftime lead and the Javelinas would not let TAMIU (1-5) get any closer than 26 points in the second half. The Dustdevils registered their worst shooting performance of the season in the loss, making 18 of 62 field goal attempts (29.0 percent).

TAMIU will return to action this weekend with its first home games of the season. The Dustdevils will host former Red River Athletic Conference rival Texas Wesleyan on Friday before facing Henderson State on Sunday.
