Final Stats

Texas A&M International University swept Oklahoma Panhandle State (25-23, 25-18, 25-22) in Heartland Conference action on Thursday evening in Goodwell, Okla. The Dustdevils won their conference road opener by finishing with a 39-30 edge in kills and 38-30 edge in digs over the Aggies.

Alexandria Montemayor led TAMIU with 11 kills and 10 digs. Brittany Reñdon contributed 10 kills and Nancy Rodríguez a team-high 33 assists.

TAMIU (2-14, 1-2 Heartland) returns to action on Saturday with a conference match at Newman. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m.
