Final Stats

St. Mary's defeated Texas A&M International University 65-46 in Heartland Conference action on Thursday night at the TAMIU Kinesiology and Convocation Building.

St. Mary's (11-5, 4-1 Heartland) led 37-20 at the half. The Lady Rattlers led by 20-plus points for most of the second half.

Courtney Dixon led TAMIU (2-13, 1-2) with 12 points. Mary Tobias finished with 10 points and Kiandra Metoyer contributed 9 points and a team-high 12 rebounds.

TAMIU returns to action on Saturday with a home conference game against Incarnate Word. Tip-off against the Cardinals is scheduled for 2 p.m.
