Looking to win their first home game of the season, the Texas A&M International volleyball team is running out of matches.

In their first of three games in three days to finish up their schedule at the Kinesiology and Convocation Building, the Dustdevils lost 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-15) to Texas A&M – Commerce on Thursday.

"I think there are things we do really well but other things that we don't do very well," TAMIU head coach Marlon Sano said. "Tonight for some reason even though we have been working a lot on our serve receive, we really didn't pass very well. We have talked a lot about our erroring and our errors were at a minimum, but at the same time if you don't score then you give them opportunity after opportunity to score. They earned this one and I think that they are a pretty physical group, but you can't allow a team to just pound the ball on you."

The Dustdevils offense had struggled mightily as of late, recording their three worst performances of the season in their last four games.
