Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LAREDO, Texas (September 15, 2015) - Three members of TAMIU Volleyball were given honorable mentions by the Heartland Conference for their efforts in Week 2 of the 2015 season.

For Hitter of the Week, Freshman Ramey Gardner was given an honorable mention. Junior Cassandra Hernandez was an honorable mention for the Libero of the Week, and Senior Lizzie Prieto was recognized as an honorable mention for Setter of the Week.

Gardner leads the team with 71 kills and 85 points, averaging 3.23 kills per set.

Hernandez tops the team for digs (94), averaging 4.27 digs per set.

Prieto has contributed the most assists on sets with 194, avergaing 8.86 assists per set.

The Dustdevils will be back in action on the road starting Thursday, when they travel to face conference foe St. Edward's (9/17). They'll wrap up the road trip by facing another Heartland Conference rival, Dallas Baptist, on Saturday (9/19).
