SAN ANTONIO, Texas (May 7, 2016) - The Texas A&M International University Baseball team closed out the 2016 season with a matchup against St. Mary's on Saturday. TAMIU fell 0-10 in the third game of the series. The Dustdevils close out the season at 16-32.

The final game of three featured another strong pitching performance for the Rattlers. TAMIIU picked up five hits on the day, putting runners in scoring position in the third and fifth. The Dustdevils could not manage to push a run across in the ballgame. St. Mary's took an early lead, plating one in the first and one in the second. The Dustdevils trailed by just two runs until the sixth. The Rattlers would score eight runs in three innings to take the third of three games in San Antonio.

Eduardo Rodriguez got the nod in game three, taking the loss. Rodriguez threw six complete innings, striking out four. Dylan Allen struck out one in a scoreless inning of work. Daniel Edmondo faced five Rattlers in the eighth.
