LAREDO, Texas – Texas A&M International men's soccer closed the 2022 season on Saturday, with a 3-0 loss to #6 St. Mary's.

Only one goal was scored in the first half, as the Rattlers (11-0-6, 7-0-2 LSC) netted a goal at the 25:43 mark and took that 1-0 lead into halftime.

The majority of the second half was stagnant, as TAMIU (3-9-6, 1-6-2 LSC) had a couple chances, but couldn't knock one in.

St. Mary's would score two goals in the final 10 minutes, doing so at 80:28 and a penalty kick goal with three seconds left.

TAMIU was outshot in the game 12-5, but only 6-4 in shots on goal.
