Laredo, Texas – Texas A&M International women's soccer defeated Lubbock Christian 2-0 on Saturday at home after two first-half goals.
Krysan St. Louis opened the scoring in the 31st minute off of an assist from Lucia Cuadra and Alexandra Garcia two minutes later off an assist from Blanca Osorio.
LCU finished with 11 shots, four of which were on target and TAMIU totaled 13 shots, four of which were on target.
Fabiana Solano recorded four saves.
The Dustdevils are now 3-3-4 on the season and 1-2-2 in LSC play. They will be in action next at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at home against St. Edward's, which is 4-2-2 on the season and 3-1-1 in conference.
