Bullard, Texas – Texas A&M International Men's golf is in eighth place after day one of the King-Alfred Invite shooting +21 over two rounds of golf.
The Dustdevils shot 317 in the first round and 305 in the second round to finish with a score of 622. They have a four-stroke lead on Lubbock Christian and are 10 strokes behind Arkansas-Fort Smith.

Mauricio Figueroa led the Dustdevils with a score of +5 (147) to finish in a T-12. He shot a 77 on the first round on a 70 on round two. He is five strokes out of second place.
Elvis Steen carded a +10 (152) to finish in a T-24 and
Oscar Feschuk shot a +18 (160) to finish in a T-38.
Zaden Danielson shot a +24 (166) to place 47th,
Gunner Clapper totaled a +27 (169) to finish in a T-49 and Joel Alfaro totaled +35 (177) for 53rd place.
TAMIU will play in the third and final round tomorrow, Tuesday, March 21.
