Staten Island, N.Y. - In an exciting matchup, the TAMIU Women's Soccer team faced off against their opponents from the College of Staten Island (CSI), resulting in an intense and closely contested game that ultimately ended in a 1-1 draw.

The scoring action began at the 11:53 mark when CSI's Isabella Radovini found the back of the net, putting her team in the lead with a well-executed goal. This opening goal was assisted by Arielle Uy.

However, TAMIU displayed incredible resilience and determination throughout the game. In the 83rd minute, they were awarded a penalty kick, and Krysan St. Louis stepped up to the challenge. St. Louis converted the penalty kick into a goal, leveling the score at 1-1.

Statistically, TAMIU dominated with 16 shots, 7 of which were on target, compared to CSI's 6 shots, with 3 on target. TAMIU's offensive efforts were met with strong goalkeeping from the CSI goalkeeper, who made 6 saves. TAMIU also had the upper hand in corner kicks, securing 4 to CSI's 0.
