Edmond, Okla. - The Dustdevils fell to the Eagles of Oklahoma Christian, 50-69 on Thursday evening in Edmond, OK.
In the opening half, TAMIU faced challenges, shooting only 22.58% from the field.
Mathew Okoye led the team with 14 points, showcasing proficiency from beyond the arc. Despite their struggles, the team stayed competitive, engaging in a game tied three times and experiencing multiple lead changes. Oklahoma Christian, however, demonstrated a more efficient offensive performance, shooting 33.33% in the first half.
The second half saw TAMIU improving their offensive output, shooting 31.25% from the field.
