Goldfarb finished in the Top 20 at the Houston Victoria Classic (15).

High School: Judson High School (Class of 2012)
Goldfarb lettered in golf for (4) years at Judson. In his Sophomore year he won the Fighting-Heart Award. He was recognized as the MVP for (2) years, and named Team Captain for (4) years. Sammie made the Regional Qualifier twice, and made the All-District First Team for (4) seasons. 
 
Personal:
Sammie is the son of Sam and Linda Goldfarb. He has three siblings, Shawn Moore, Heather Martin and Katie Goldfarb. Sammie's favorite athlete is Bubba Watson. His favorite sports team is the San Antonio Spurs. Goldfarb's favorite vacation spot is Cape Coral, Florida. His favorite book is the Bible. Sammie's favorite quote “There is no try, there is only do or do not” –Yoda
