2022: 
Langat competed at all six events for the Dustdevils. His best performance came at the OLLU Invite where he won the race with a time of 23:22.0 At the South Central Region he placed 72nd with a time of 33:37.9. 

Previous College: 
Langat joins TAMIU from Carl Sandburg College where he was an All-American and a Dean's List Member. 

Personal:
Josphat is son to Cecilia and Gabriel Mutai and brother to Eileen, Faridah, and Japhet.
