Biography

2023: 
Montes played in 22 games, starting two. She had a .167 average in 18 at-bats. She finished with two RBI and three runs. 

Prior to TAMIU:
Montes attende Hill College where she played for two seasons. As a freshman she hit .306 with six homers and 20 RBI, and as a sophomore hit .288 with two homers and another 20 RBI.

High School:
Montes attended Burleson HS where she competed in softball, cross country and track. In softball, she earned First Team All-District and Academic All-District honors.

Personal:
Montes is the daughter of Regan and Emanuel Montes. She has two younger brothers, Alex and Tristan. Montes is pursuing a degree in education with a minor in kinesiology.
