2020:
Edwards started all 20 games she appeared in, finishing the season with a .232 batting average, .317 OB% and a .357 slugging percentage. She finished T-3rd in AB's (56), doubles (4) and home runs (1), as well as third in runs (8).

2019 Second Team All-Heartland Conference 

2019:
In her first season as a Dustdevil, Edwards started in 49 while appearing in two more games...She compiled a slash line of .289/.358/.483 while ranking among the Heartland Conference leaders in home runs (T-3rd, 8) and RBI (7th, 36)...Put together 10 multi-hit games including one on February 2nd against Washburn when she went 2-for-4 that featured a 3-RBI double and a two-run home run to secure an 8-5 victory...Named to the 2019 All-Heartland Conference Second Team.

Prior To TAMIU:
Played softball at Kilgore College under Coach Leslie Messina...In her first season, Edwards made the All-Conference second-team...In her second season, she was named to the 2018 National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-Region (Midwest) second-team...She also earned a spot on the 2018 Region XIV (14) East Zone first-team All-Conference.
 
High School:
Played softball for four seasons at East View High School under Coach Jeff Roberts for her first two seasons and Coach Jolene Volek for the final two...As a sophomore, Edwards was named to the District 17-4A second-team.
 
Personal:
Edwards is the daughter of Shannon and George Edwards. She is pursuing a degree in criminal justice.
