Tiggs enters his first season with the Dustdevils' men's and women's soccer teams after spending three years coaching for the Tampa Bay United Rowdies youth academy, where he worked in the U.S. Developmental Academy, Academy and Junior age groups. Before working with the Rowdies youth academy, he served as an assistant with the Rowdies under-23 Professional Development League (PDL) team.
As a player, he spent the 2015 and 2016 seasons at the University of Tampa (NCAA Division II). In 2016, he captained the Spartans to a South Region title. Prior to that, he spent three seasons (2012-14) playing at Point Loma Nazarene University (NCAA Division II) in San Diego, Calif.
Tiggs graduated from the University of Tampa with a bachelor of science degree in human performance. He is also a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) D-License holder and has a level two certification from the World Football Academy.
