2016:
Perez appeared in 11 matches during her freshman season registering a total of 125 minutes. She played a career-high 24 minutes against Adams State in the season opener for the Dustdevils. She had four shots, one of which was on-target for shot on goal percentage of .250.


High School: United High School (Class of 2016)
Perez ran cross country and played soccer as a forward for the Longhorns. She earned First Team All-District, Second Team All-District, and was named Team Captain.


Club Soccer: Laredo Heat - FC Dallas Laredo
Perez played for the Heat and Dallas as a forward while being Team Captain as well.


Personal: Martha Perez is daughter of Martha Perez. She is joined by her (4) siblings: Oscar Alberto, Daniel Alejandro, Luz Maria, and Fernanda. Perez chose TAMIU because it has all the opportunities she needs to succeed all while being in the comforts of her hometown. Her most inspirational figure is her mother. Her future aspirations and goals are to open up her own physical therapy clinic in Laredo. Her favorite athlete is Sydney Leroux, an olympic gold medalist who plays for the United States Women's National Team. Perez enjoys spending time with friends in her spare time.
