2021:
Appeared in 13 games for the Dustdevils and made 11 starts. She  made one goal, contributed two assists, and played a total of 989 minutes on the year.

2021 (Spring):
Appeared in six games for the Dustdevils and made six starts. Played a total of 537 minutes on the year.

2019:
Cohen appeared in nine games and made eight starts for the Dustdevils. She had one assist on the season.

2018:
Cohen played in eight games and made seven starts. She scored a goal in the opening game of the season in a 3-2 home victory over UT Permian Basin on Sept. 2.

2017:
Cohen had an immediate impact for the Dustdevils earning All-Heartland Conference 3^rd Team honors after starting all 17 matches as a third forward logging the fifth-most minutes on the team, 1,427. She scored one goal on 26 shots, eight shots on-goal, while playing the full 90 minutes in nine matches as a true freshman. She scored her first career goal in a 4-3 loss to St. Mary’s on a rocket of a shot from 25 yards. She recorded a career-high three shots in five different matches most recently against Rogers State on Oct. 19. 
2017 Third-Team All-Heartland Conference

High School: 
Cohen was rated as the 137^th best player in Texas by MaxPreps in the Class of 2017. She had one of the most prolific careers in Bel Air women’s soccer history scoring 136 goals, 51 assists for 323 points as a three-year starter. She was named the El Paso Times’ All-City Girls Soccer Player of the Year as a senior where she scored 62 goals including a five goal outing against Riverside High School on Jan. 20 that earned her MaxPreps/NSCAA Texas High School Player of the Week honors.
 
Personal:
Nicole is the daughter of Stephen and Erika Cohen and has three siblings, Frank, Alison, who is also on the TAMIU soccer team, and Stephen.
