ODESSA, Texas (October 1, 2015) -- The Dustdevils set off to play their first Conference match against Texas - Permian Basin on Thursday night, which resulted in a 0-1 loss.
The lone goal came in the 70th minute, which was a backwards header from a free kick that was put past Senior Goalkeeper Chelsea Knaack. Knaack has 8 saves throughout the match.
TAMIU was faced with two cautions and two ejections with forwards Kim Garcia (1 yellow), Yolanda Gonzalez (1 yellow, 1 red) and Daisy Perez (1 red) during game play. The team totaled for 3 shots, while UTPB had 11.
