GAME ONE – The Dustdevils and Saints battled for the win, as the Dustdevils scored the winning run in the top of the 10th inning, on an RBI by Reynaldo Adames.

TAMIU and OLLU got the game going in the 1st inning, as the Dustdevils scored one run off a triple by sophomore Daniel Cruz, and the Saints scored two runs.

It wasn't until the 5th inning that each team scored a few more runs, tying the score at five. The 5th inning was loaded with hits, as junior Jeffrey Morgan had a double, and senior Jake Cardoza, junior Nathan Halas, and junior Cody Perez all had singles.

The game would remain tied at five, until the top of the 10th inning where Perez reached the plate with the winning run. Perez was put in scoring position after OLLU's pitcher threw a wild pitch. Reynaldo Adames then grounded out to shortstop, scoring the winning run at the plate.
