The Bronchos got on top early on, as they scored two runs in the top of the 1st, and two runs in the top of the 2nd. The remainder of the game was a catch-up period for the Dustdevils to try to come back and take the win.

Shortly after sophomore Krissy Sardelich advanced Acuna to second on a routine play, junior Chelsea Capello stepped into the batters box and hit an RBI double to left center, putting the Dustdevils on the board.
