LAREDO, Texas - Texas A&M International (2-9, 1-8 HC) dropped a 1-0 decision to Lubbock Christian (6-7, 5-4 HC) on Thursday.

The Chaps cranked up the offensive pressure in the early goings, including multiple close call shots. However, neither team was able to find the back of the net in the first half.

LCU continued their offensive pressure in the second half and eventually broke through to score the match's only goal in the 58th minute to go up 1-0.

The Dustdevils had only two opportunities to tie things up with Valeria Macias' and Cio Bargallo's shots sailing high.

However, Aubrey Hall finished with five saves in the match and only allowing the one goal.

TAMIU will wrap up the homestand on Saturday, Oct. 13 at Noon as Oklahoma Christian comes to Laredo.
