LAREDO, Texas -  Texas A&M International (4-12, 3-11 HC) fell 3-0 to DBU (11-5-2, 10-3-1 HC) on Saturday.

The Patriots wasted no time getting their offense going as Brittany Eccles fired in a shot with an assist from Delany Schmidt in the ninth minute to go up 1-0 early. TAMIU had chances to tie things up near the end of the half, but both Valeria Macias and Cio Bargallo saw their shots save by the DBU keeper in the 29th and 40th minutes, respectively.

DBU kept the momentum rolling as they scored twice quickly, with Schmidt heading in a goal in the 55th minute and Kaci Parks knocking in a goal in the 56th minute, going up 3-0.

Bargallo fired in a shot with two seconds left in the game to try and avoid the shutout, but had the goal saved.
