LAREDO, Texas – No. 16 Texas A&M International University men's soccer (6-1-1, 2-1-0 LSC) will begin a six-game road trip starting on Thursday, Oct. 10 against No. 22 West Texas A&M (4-1-1, 1-0-1 LSC) and will continue on Saturday, Oct. 12 when they take on Eastern New Mexico (7-1-1, 0-1-1 LSC).
Last Thursday, the Dustdevils dropped a 4-2 decision against St. Edward's (2-5-1, 2-1-0 LSC), but rebounded on Saturday as they steamrolled DBU (2-7-0, 0-3-0 LSC) in a convincing 4-0 victory.
TAMIU forward Nadav Datner registered a trio of goals last week. Datner started off the week by scoring a goal against St. Edward's and then tallied a pair of goals in the win over DBU. On the season, Datner is currently tied for fourth in the Lone Star Conference in goals (4), shots on goal (13) and points (9).
The last time the Dustdevils faced West Texas A&M on the road, TAMIU beat the Buffaloes by a score of 1-0 during the 2017 campaign. The Buffs recorded their first draw of the season, after a 1-1 decision with LSC newcomer UT Tyler (5-1-2, 0-0-2 LSC) last Thursday.

Last Saturday, the Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds recorded a scoreless draw with UT Tyler. The Greyhounds have 10 different goal scorers including Joe Conway who has a team-high three goals in 2019.
