TAMIU Draws Falcons 0-0

ODESSA, Texas – Texas A&M International women's soccer concluded its three game road trip with a 0-0 draw against UT Permian Basin.
 
It was a very defensive game as chances were limited for both teams.
 
TAMIU (4-5-6, 1-3-6 LSC) held a slim edge in shots at 9-8, while also leading in the shots on goal department, 3-2.
 
The category that was in favor of the Falcons (5-6-3, 3-5-2 LSC) was corner kicks at 5-4.
 
Junior's Krysan St. Louis led the team with three total shots and had another team high of two shots on goal.
 
Fellow junior Lucia Cuadra had two shots, while another junior, Marta Forne, had the third shot on goal.
 
Junior Fabiana Solano picked up her fifth clean sheet of the season, making both saves that came her way.
 
TAMIU returns home this Saturday, Oct. 22 for a 1 p.m. kickoff against the nation's number one team, DBU.
