Austin, Texas – Texas A&M International volleyball defeated St. Edward's on the road in a 3-2 battle, 20-25, 25-15, 28-26, 22-25, 15-8.
The Dustdevils (17-10, 8-6 LSC) finished with 71 kills and a.195 hitting percentage compared to just 56 kills and a .163 hitting percentage for the Hilltoppers (7-21, 3-13 LSC).
TAMIU totaled seven aces, seven blocks, 67 assists and 112 digs.
Ariana Guerra led TAMIU in kills with 25, Anna Ligart totaled 16 and Mia Molina finished with 15.
Lixai Perez and Giulia Horelan served three aces each and Hannah Thompson totaled five blocks.
Emma Lade dished out a team high 56 assists and Giulia Hortelan finished with 41 digs.
TAMIU will be in action next at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 10 at home against Cameron for senior night and the second to last game of the regular season.
