LAREDO, Texas – After losing game one yesterday, Texas A&M International Baseball split Saturday's doubleheader with Lubbock Christian, losing game one 1-0 and wining game two 5-3.

After five scoreless innings, Lubbock Christian scored the lone run of the game on a sacrifice fly.
The Dustdevils only recorded four hits as a team with graduate student

Sophomore
Lalo Salinas pitched all seven innings allowing one run on five hits while walking two and striking out four.

After two scoreless inning, the Chapparals got on the board with a run in the top of the third, but TAMIU answered right back with its own run in the bottom half of the inning.
Senior
Joseph Cruz singled in a run.
Lubbock Christian took a 3-1 lead in the top of the fifth, but the Dustdevils took the lead for good in the bottom of the fifth scoring four runs.
Hernandez hit a solo home run, Kissamis hit a two-run bomb and Gutierrez singled in a run.
TAMIU will wrap up the series at 1 p.m. on Sunday at home.
