Edmond, Oklahoma- The Dustdevils took on the Oklahoma Christian University Eagles on Saturday. This would be the second game in today days for the Dustdevils after sweeping Cameron University the night before. Entering the match, the Dustdevils were 2-1 all time against the Eagles.

The Dustdevils started off strong against the Eagles, after winning the first set (27-25) and the second set (25-17). The Eagles would go on to reverse sweep the Dustdevils as they won set three (23-25), set four (22-25) and set five (11-15). The loss would push the Dustdevils to 7-10 overall and  4-4 in the Lone Star Conference.

The Dustdevils finished the match with 63 kills, eight aces, 11 blocks, 60 assists and 85 digs on the night.
Anna Ligart led TAMIU on the night with 22 kills.
Mia Molina also contributed with 13 kills and the freshmen
Aryana Ledet finished with 12 kills to help power the Dustdevil offense.
Emma Lade finished with a stellar 53 assists out of TAMIU's total 60 assists on the night.
Lixai Perez led the way in digs with 21, followed by
Emma Lade with 20,
Samantha Estrada with 14 and
Marianna Gamboa with 10 on the evening.
Caitlyn Cornell led all players with seven total blocks on the evening.

The Dustdevils will play against Dallas Baptist University at the KCB this Friday at 6:00 PM.
