Edmond, Oklahoma- The men's soccer team took to Oklahoma Christian on Wednesday to take on the Eagles in some Lone Star Conference Men's Soccer action. The game was moved up due to inclement weather and it was a very windy day on the pitch for the two soccer teams.

The Eagles were first on the board after netting a goal at the 33
rd minute mark. The Dutstdevils tallied 11 shots in the first half but could not find the back of the net. The Eagles were quick out the gate in the second half as they scored two goals within 10 minutes, one at the 50
th minute and the second at the 53
rd minute to go up 3-0 against the Dustdevils. The second half was an offensive struggle on a windy day for the Dustdevils with only two shot attempts. The Dustdevils had 13 shot attempts with six on goal. Johnathan Cervantes had 5 shots with 5 shots on goal for the Dustdevils.
Guy Lehrer had two shots with one on goal.
Ioannis Koupepides and
Nicklas Berg-Eriksen had five total saves between the two goalies on the day.

The Dustdevils move to 2-10-2 on the year with the loss. The TAMIU men's soccer team will play against Sul Ross on Saturday at Peg Energy Stadium. It is a free game to the public, with free entertainment and prizes to be given out. Game time is at 3:30 PM.
