Wichita Falls, Texas- The Texas A&M International Volleyball took to the road to take on the Midwestern State Mustangs in a Lone Star Conferenc affair. The Dustdevils are 5-7 all time against the Mustangs. Going into the match the Dustdevils on the season are (7-13,4-7 LSC) and the Mustanges are (13-11, 5-6 LSC).

The Mustangs would go on to sweep the match winning (17-25), (22-25) and (20-25). The Dustdevils struggled offensively on the night finished the match with a .087 hitting percentage. The Dustdevils had 34 kills, four aces, four blocks, 33 assists and 36 digs on the evening. Errors would prove to be a deciding factor has the Dustdevils committed 25 errors to their opponents 13.

Anna Ligart lead the offensive attack for the Dustdevils, finished with 11 kills on the night. Emma Lade would lead the Dustdevils in assists with a game high 31 assists while also racking up three aces on the night. Lixai Perez led TAMIU in digs with 12 which would also be a match high for the contest. Caitlyn Cornell would lead the way in blocks for the Dustdevils with three total.

Volleyball will be back in action tomorrow against Texas Woman's at 2:00 PM CDT.
