"I am proud of our team's effort tonight. We still have some growing to do as we are still building our team chemistry. This is close to a brand-new team so we are still trying to find the right fit for us. We are learning every game on how to improve our play style and how to adapt together as a team. We have been playing tough competition in order to prepare us for the Lone Star Conference teams we will be up against. I truly believe that if we work to fight through our battles together and close out games like we should, then we will have a successful season in the LSC."
