Laredo, Texas – The Dustdevils played their final game of 2024 against College of Biblical Studies Houston on Sunday afternoon. TAMIU's offense exploded for a 113-29 victory.
The Dustdevils shot 45-87 (51.7%) from the field and 10-27 (37%) from beyond the arc.
TAMIU held the Lady Ambassadors to just 11-55 (20%) from the field and 2-18 (11.8%) from three-point range.
Seven Dustdevils scored double digit points, with
Gabby Gamboa leading the way with 19.
Josie Igherighe finished with 18 points and
Carmen Morcillo tallied 16.
The defense out-rebounded the Lady Ambassadors 54-25.
The Dustdevils head into winter break, but the action continues Jan. 3
rd as TAMIU travels to Austin, Texas, to take on St. Edward's.
