Edmond, Okla. – Texas A&M International women's soccer fell 1-0 on Wednesday evening to Oklahoma Christian in Lone Star Conference play at Eagle Soccer Field.

After a defensive first half, the Eagles capitalized early in the second when Jaycie Daggs converted a penalty kick in the 47th minute — the game's lone goal.

The Dustdevils produced six total shots, including two on goal, with looks coming from Caroline Jensen and Fredes Manrique. Latae Rodriguez recorded one save across 90 minutes in goal.

With the result, the Dustdevils move to 2-6-3 overall and 1-5-2 in conference play.

TAMIU continues its season at home on Saturday, October 18, when the Dustdevils face St. Edward's. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
