Box Score Austin, Texas-The Women's Basketball team take the win against the Cougars from Colorado Chistian University (CCU) during the St. Edwards Thanksgiving tournament with a score of 61-56!

During the first three quarters, both the Lady Dustdevils and the Lady Cougars were neck and neck with point differences of one or four points; neither team letting the other gain a comfortable lead against the other. The first and second quarter were 14-10 and 27-22. Returning from halftime, the Lady Cougars made the most baskets with 17 total points as compared to the Dustdevils with 13 total points, resulting in a one point difference of 40-39. However, the Lady Dustdevils caught their second wind for the final quarter to pull away from the CCU with a lead of scoring 21 total points!

The Lady Dustdevils leading scorer was Racheal Emmanuel #22 scoring 13 total team points and only second in rebounds with 9 in total. With 11 total rebounds, Abigail Martinez #12 played some powerful defense. An additional highlight was the Dustdevils' free throw game, which contributed 20 total points out of 28 attempts, for a success rate of 71.4%.
