Personal:
Born in Dallas, Texas. She is the daughter of Angela and Elmer Thomas. She has one younger brother named Wesley Thomas who plays basketball and football at Bowie High School. Alexis started playing basketball in 6^th grade. She is majoring in biology and hopes to one day become a pediatrician. Her hobbies include music and drawing. An interesting fact about Alexis is that she does not like when empty boxes or containers of food are left int he pantry. She chose to attend TAMIU to attend school with her best friend who was also recruited here.
