Karen Martinez is a junior center back majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Business Administration. She previously played for Ranger College in Ranger, Texas, where she made a significant impact on the field, starting 12 games and helping her team reach the NJCAA Division V Championship game in 2022.

High School:
Karen graduated from Uplift North Hills Preparatory in Irving, Texas, in 2022, where she played soccer and cross country under head coach Landon Lacy. During her high school career, she earned accolades including Utility Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player in 2019, while contributing impressive statistics with 14 goals and 6 assists in 2019, 8 goals and 2 assists in 2020, and 15 goals with 10 assists in her senior year. Her biggest highlight was leading her team to win their region for the first time in over a decade.

Born on March 28, 2004, in Dallas, Texas, Karen is the daughter of Jose and Sanjuana Martinez and has two brothers, Jose and Joshua. She is majoring in Kinesiology with a minor in Business Administration.
