FORT LEWIS, Colo. – Texas A&M International volleyball lost its first match of the season on Thursday, falling to Fort Lewis College 3-0 (25-21, 25-20, 25-20).

Senior Giulia Hortelan led the Dustdevils (4-1) with 10 kills and senior Jasmin Garcia and senior Ariana Guerra added four each.

Sophomore Emma Lade dished out 22 assists and led TAMIU with 14 digs.

The Dustdevils are in action next at noon on Friday, September 8 when they take on East Central in the second game of the Skyhawk Tournament.
