Dustdevils Draw 2-2 with Patriots

Laredo, Texas - The Dustdevils (3-4-5) took on the UT Tyler Patriots (8-1-3) at home in a competitive LSC matchup that ended in a 2-2 draw.

Krysan St. Louis got the scoring started for TAMIU with a goal in the 39th minute which gave the Dustdevils a 1-0 lead going into halftime.

The Patriots responded with the equalizer in the 74th minute, but TAMIU was able to regain the lead just four minutes later with a goal from Laura Cardenas.

UT Tyler found the net again in the 88th minute to secure the draw.

Claramalia Pedersen recorded three saves for the Dustdevils. Sammy Hecht also recorded two shots on goal.

The Dustdevils travel to Lubbock for a match against the Chaps on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
