2016: 
Raya led TAMIU in starts (15) and complete games (4). Raya went 6-5 over his 15 starts. Raya struck out a team high 57 over 84.2 innings. 

2014,2015: Western Texas College
Raya began his collegiate career at Western Texas College in Snyder, Texas. As a Pitcher was named WJCAC All-Conference Honorable Mention. Osvaldo earned his Associates Degree in Arts and Science.

High School: United High School (Class of 2013)
During his time at United Raya lettered in baseball for (4) years. He was the first starter in the pitching rotation. In 2012 Raya was awarded Utility Player of the Year. 

Personal:
Osvaldo is the son of Concepcion Raya and Francisco Raya. He is a brother to Francisco, Marco, Stephanie, and Elias. His father is his  greatest inspiration. Raya chose TAMIU for the Special Education Program and the impressive training facilities. In his free time Osvaldo enjoys hanging out with friends and traveling. After TAMIU Raya wants to open and run his own learning center.
