Biography

2021:
Appeared in 21 games making 15 starts for the Dustdevils. He logged .130 in 54 at-bats, with five runs, seven RBI, and one home run.

2020:
In a shortened season, Esqueda appeared in 18 games with 18 starts. In 45 at bats, he logged a .311 average with seven runs, three RBI, two extra base hits and 10 walks. 

Prior to TAMIU: 
Esqueda spent two years at Brookhaven College and played under Caoch Brandon Rains. At BC, he led his team to an appearance in the 2019 NJCAA World Series and was named First Team All-Conference.

HIGH SCHOOL:
Esqueda graduated from Medina Valley High School and played under Coach Carl Keller. At MVHS, he was a four-time First Team All-Conference honoree.
