2019 Team Defensive Player of the Year

2019:
Pfaffinger played in 27 games with 24 starts, and scored 111 points with 76 rebounds, 45 assists and 21 steals. His season best performance came in a loss at Tarleton State, where he logged 16 points (6-for-9 from the field and 4-for-6 from beyond arc) with two rebounds and two assists.

Prior to TAMIU:
Pfaffinger played at Eastern Wyoming College for two years under Coach Tim Moser. At EWC, he helped lead his team to an appearance in the NJCAA Region IX tournament, and averaged 8.0 points per game with 1.5 assists per game and 3.0 rebounds per game during his career. He was also a First Team All-Academic honoree.
