Alondra Rodriguez is a senior catcher for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. A native of McAllen, Texas, Alondra is the daughter of Marisol Avalos and Manuel Rodriguez and was born on February 10, 2005.

2025:
Alondra finished her second season with the Dustdevils with a fielding % of .982 in 33 games played, with 16 starts.

2024:
Alondra's inaugural season at TAMIU featured a batting average of .273 and an on-base % of .304. Behind the plate, Alondra posted a .906 fielding percentage.

High School:
Alondra Rodriguez is a 2023 graduate of Sharyland Pioneer High School in Mission, Texas, where she was a four-year varsity softball standout under head coach Orlando Garcia. A consistent presence behind the plate, Rodriguez earned First Team All-District honors as a catcher in her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons, while also being recognized for her academic excellence as a member of the National Honor Society. Her high school career was highlighted by helping lead Sharyland Pioneer to a historic playoff run during her sophomore year, becoming the first team in school history to advance to the third round. Rodriguez also played a key role in three consecutive district championship teams during her sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.
