Personal: 
Cihara Wessling is a freshman outfielder for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology. A native of Honolulu, Hawaii, Cihara is the daughter of Christopher and Melissa Wessling and was born on May 22, 2007.

High School:
Cihara is a 2025 graduate of Veterans Memorial High School in San Antonio, Texas, where she competed in softball under head coach Stacey Halim. A consistent contributor throughout her high school career, Wessling earned academic all-district honors in all four years and capped her senior season with second-team academic all-state recognition. She was recognized on the field as an honorable mention selection as a freshman, earned second-team honors as both a sophomore and junior, and closed her career as a first-team selection as a senior. Across her prep career, Wessling posted a .463 batting average, drove in 24 runs, stole 15 bases, and recorded a .990 fielding percentage, highlighting her impact as both an offensive and defensive standout.
