Celeste Apaez is a senior pitcher for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Biology. A native of Somerset, Texas, Celeste is the daughter of Matthew and Monica Apaez and was born on April 26, 2004.

High School:
Celeste Apaez enjoyed a standout four-year softball career at Somerset High School in Somerset, Texas, graduating with the Class of 2022. A four-year letterwinner under head coach Abraham Alvarez, Apaez made an immediate impact as a freshman and continued to excel on both sides of the ball throughout her high school career. She earned All-District honors in multiple seasons and positions, including First Team All-District recognition at both pitcher and second base during her sophomore and junior campaigns. As a senior, Apaez was named First Team All-District pitcher and ranked as the No. 4 pitcher in the region. In the classroom, she matched her athletic success, graduating with A&B Honors and Cum Laude distinction.
