Kennedy Griego is a senior 3rd baseman for Texas A&M International University and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. A native of Covina, CA, Kennedy is the daughter of Rodney Griego and Teresa Flynn, and was born on November 2, 2004.

2025:
In her Junior season, Kennedy had a career year. Kennedy Griego was named to the All-LSC Second Team and won the LSC Golden Glove Award. She started in 55 games and posted a batting average of .402 at the plate for the Dustdevils with a Slugging % of .525. Kennedy also set a career high in On-Base % with .462. In fielding, she posted a fielding% of .983, topping her previous fielding percentages of .933 and .930 in her Sophomore and Freshman seasons.

2024:
Kennedy finished her Sophomore year at TAMIU with a .933 fielding percentage and a batting average of .340. She also posted a career high in RBIs with 22 on the season.

2023:
Kennedy started in 47 games as a Freshman to start off her career in college softball at TAMIU. She finished the season with an On-Base % of .318 to go along with her .930 Fielding % as a 3rd Baseman.

High School:
Kennedy Griego attended Covina High School in Covina, California, where she was a four-year letterwinner in softball and also competed in volleyball for two seasons. Under head coach Daniel Munoz, Griego earned All-League honors in all four years, including First Team All-League recognition as a sophomore, junior and senior. She led San Gabriel Valley in batting average as a sophomore and capped her high school career with a .569 batting average as a senior. Griego was named the San Gabriel Valley All-Star Game MVP and captured the SGV Home Run Derby title during her senior season, finishing her prep career with an impressive .510 lifetime batting average.
